cbr f4 hid kit problem

i bought a hid kit for my 99 cbr f4. the light comes on but them keeps going out .what can be the problem. its connected correctly. please help

i believe that those lights require a minimum voltage to operate, does the light come on when you rev it up and go off when it idles?

Yea when I turn the key it goes on for a couple second then ir go on it stays on while I'm riding
