Hi the seat catch is missing from the bike i just brought, its the part the seat clips into and locks it in place that is missing,

my question is what other year bikes will this fit so i can source on ebay, i have see one from a 1999 f4 will this fit mine?

any any microfiche sites so i can try to check for my self

If its a 99 F4 and you have a 00 F4 it should work. Most of the parts are interchangeable and I know the seats are the same (banana) because I bought a 99 F4 seat for my 00 F4

 

An f4i (newer style) with a banana seat would likely work as well.

 

for the low price of just the lock, i would buy it brand new. That's what I'm gonna do.
