Carb or Spark Plugs

You would disassemble things looking for the source of the oil, if you didn't spill it, or else you'd take it to a mechanic. There is a potential source of the oil that is very bad, but it's not necessarily the issue. If you can't tell already, you have quite the project on your hands at this point, and a steep learning hill to climb to get it trouble-shot and fixed. Are you sure you want to do this yourself, or do you want to call a mechanic?

The carbs do not synchronize them self.
I use this tool: http://www.carbtune.com/
Did the oil leak stop completely?
Did you download the workshop manual? Also advisable is to get the haynes or clymer manual.

Yes the oil leak did stop completely.
My girlfriend's dad told me the oil leaking out could have been a buildup from a bad spark plug. Then when I put the new plugs in, the buildup from my 2nd cylinder was released into the exhaust...
Iono.
She's running great though otherwise.
No complaints

Well, the explanation may be true, but it would mean you're losing quite a bit of oil through that cylinder. Bad rings? Bad valve seals? Worn valve stems? I don't know, but _if_ that's the explanation, it could mean a motor that's not in very good shape.
