Default 99 F4 Stalls when Fan is on...?

I have a 1999 CBR600F4 and everytime the fan turns on and I have to stop at a stop light for more than a few seconds, my bike will stall when I try and accelerate from the stop. Does anyone know what the problem could be, and if so what needs to be done to fix it? Thanks Everyone!
Also I live in San Diego, Is there anyone who is in need of a riding partner on the week-ends? Let me know.

It sounds like a baterry issue. When the fan runs it is using up all of your juice. When your at a stop light your rpm's are low which in turn dosn't allow the charging system to charge therfore your electroncs are all running off your battery this is normal but if your battery is weak it will die.

i have an 08 600 and mine has done that same thing from the day i took it off the showroom. They've looked at it and changed the thermostat, plugs, and the mixture of the coolant. Nothing worked. when my temp hits 221 degrees i have to burn the clutch to get started or it will stall as soon as i let the clutch out. Let me know of you ever get it figured out. I asked the dealer if they could lower the temp at which the fan kicks on.

+1 on the electrical. Try taking a voltmeter to the battery. When off, when idling cool and when running with the fan. See what you're working with.

With the engine off it should be around 12 volts or so .With the engine running at 5000 rpm should be about 14.5 .

would engine temperature affect the voltage? with mine, it seems as if there is a direct relationship between the bike being too hot and trying to start off in 1st. when the engine is around 220+ i have to toggle the clutch in and out while i am starting off to keep it from stalling.
