Yes, so you must redo the test only this time touching the frame with your hand whilst holding the spark plug near your tongue with the other hand. <grin>

If it's a resistor I would assume it has a color band on it indicating the resistance value, or is this resistor embedded within epoxy or otherwise color-bandless?
