@CPH007 Well, because I was in a friendly mood (and you never know when you might need the help of someone that has access to CNC equipment, LOL, JK), let me know if this helps.

Help? That’s bloody perfect, thank you. Did you take the wheel out for this? If so I owe you one 👍
love the rear end on your bike, looks like from a newer bike.
thanks again, will knock up a spacer now or maybe 3
What's the condition of the Cush drive (the part the rear sprocket attaches to) ? With all that slapping around against the wheel I can't imagine it's in too good of condition either. Replacing that?

Well the saga continues! I have all the parts to reassemble now but when sliding the bearings on the rear axle there is loads of slop. Checked measurement and axle is 0.1mm undersize which is a country mile by slip fit standards.
I can only assume somebody has given it the good news with Emery in the past and polished all the crud off along with the metal.
Honda no longer stock these so it’s a used or machine one.
Aside from that I have painted rear swing arm and mudguard ready for reassembly.
@CPH007 Thanks for the update. We don't mind progress pictures too. Do I sound impatient... lol. Rear Axle sounds like a good machining task. Something that "This Old Tony" would do. There is always ebay naturally.
