Thats a very fair price and it's only missing a small section from the rear.
A fair price, but it's just $20.00 more than you'll eventually have to spend to fix it correctly.

I almost bought that very same tail fairing you are thinking of buying. I knew I was going to paint it and use it until I could find another MINT white one for that side. I talked with the guy and was going to pay $25.00 shipped for it.
Then I searched eBay one more quick time and found this red pair that was ending in 3 hours and was only at $20.00. I ended up being the winning bidder for only $37.50 shipped!





I then ordered a brand new right side fairing from Honda (Ron Ayers Motorsports; $132.82 shipped).
Earlier today I removed the 1997 decals from both side covers. I will put on the original 1996 decals so it matches my bike and everything will look factory.





I figured I could sell both red ones to pay for the new right side one I ordered and selling all of my original 1996 tail section pretty much paid for the rest of my 1997 tail swap!
Everything came in today so now I just have to go and install it all!





Get that bike washed up and post some photos of it!

Yea I'm going to work on getting the bike licensed, titled and washed up before the end of the week so I will work on getting the pictures then. Just bringing this back up. My Throttle will not spring back to the rested position. Are there any common things I should look for on these bikes that would cause that? let me know
