what oil and filter?

Just wondering what oils u guys run. What do u guys think about some valvoline 10-w40 motorcycle oil?

And what about filters? Fram any good? dealership filter?

I prefer Honda oil in my bike and my car. Of course for my bike is was the Honda GN4 10w40 oil and a Honda oil filter.
