ok? and? you know you have spark. did you pull all 4? i suggested a very quick and simple way to test for fuel...did you try it? did it start up? i think you may be seeing past what i said..if you spray staring fluid in the intake of your "non-running" engine, and it starts, the you know you are NOT getting gas and then you can start your troubleshooting

Try cranking it without tank and airbox on. Just connect a bottle of fuel. That way you can see into velocity stacks to see if you are getting gas.

OK, it's Saturday and it's been a few days. How are you getting on ? Any progress ? You should be able to tell if you've got fuel getting to the carburetors by opening the bowl drain screws slightly to see if there is fuel. Also, since you had the carbs apart, it's possible the idle is set too low for the engine to run. Try turning it in 1 full (360) turn. Are you using the choke ?

Update: battery came, I did a 2nd much more thorough Carb clean while I was waiting, the bike fired right up with a couple sprays of starter fluid but I ran out of time to reattach the gas tank, and I want to reclean it first anyway. Hopefully more to update tomorrow!

Sounds like we're making some serious progress here... keep it coming. It's all good.
