two of those tiny tubes are for the 2 small nipples between carbs 1 and 2, & 3 and 4. those look like all that u have left... dont forget the drain tubes that u need to connect back to the tank.

Okay so I got the carbs/air box back together, new spark plugs, and this is what is happening, its turning over but it wont stay on. also it wont start in neutral, it wont only start with the stand up and the clutch in...i'm ordering a battery right now it was hooked up to the car in this video possibly that is the problem with it not staying on i am just looking for some other possible or definite solutions to why it isnt staying on? it feels like its not a full turn over, i'm really not sure any help would be very appreciated!

Does it start then dies or is it just sputtering? You probably won't know anything till you get a battery on it.

spurt some staring fluid into the ram air while trying to start..if it fires, you know you have spark and know its fuel related. im not saying empy a can of it to keep it running. but its a quick diag...
