Default Trying to do air bypass but missing hoses

So I just bought this baby the other day. It doesnt start but it does turn over nicely. I have tried few things but just ran into a snag doing an Air Solenoid Bypass. I tried doing it and found out that I am missing a ton of rubber tubes and have no idea if air is still getting into the carbs. So on the diagram, the last tube I have is number 10 and everything else is just gone. I have attached some pictures and I just want to know what I can do and if this can be why the bike wont start. I was taking the fairings off today and like 2 rubber tubes just fell out but they are not the same diameter as the ones I know of missing.

Although you probably do want to put the hoses back on, you could remove all of them and the bike would still start up and idle. I think I'd be looking in the area of fuel and spark. Pull a spark plug and see if you're getting a good spark, and check to see if you've got fuel in the carburetors by opening each of the drain plugs to see if fuel comes out.

I have a CA spec bike and have everything hooked up till the #11 hose and everything works like swiss watch. You should be good in my opinion as long as all the hoses are plumbed into the air box and carbs.

Hey I have a CA bike too. You mean you left everything but from hose 11 forward?
