Missing hoses?

Missing hoses?
Ok, during the work today I had to pull the gas tank. And when I did I had a couple mysteries.
- The breather hose is missing
- The drain hose is missing
- There is a mystery hose on the left hand side of the fuel pump assy connected to nothing
