Default Throttle Position Sensor - Must I Use?

I have an F3 motor in an F2 frame and the TPS sensor does not allow the carburetors to be installed properly. I am wondering if there is any way around this problem? Also, what would be the downfall of eliminating it totally?

Thanks,
Josh

I think it depends on whose ICM you're using. If you're using one off an F3, then you need that TPS. It helps with determining ignition timing. If not, then you could probably get away without it.

So, if I wanted to benefit from ignition timing without the TPS, I would need something like a Dyna2000 or something similar?
