I'm pretty sure we isolated the problem. My buddy was finally able to use his Mechanical Engineering and Technology major and we busted out the multimeter and went through everything (even read some schematics).

We found that something is wrong with the starter relay. We kept having trouble getting power to go to the starter from the starter relay. While messing with it and attaching it back we got power back but not sure how. It worked fine and then when I got back home and let it sit for a day or two it did the same.

I'm going to double check the ground because we think it may be possible too but pretty sure it is the starter relay.

I'll keep everyone up to date incase someone else has the same problem.
