I loked but there are a ton of posts on here. I have a 95 cbr f3 and in neutral or whatever gear i might be in it surges. In idle if held around rpm it bounces back and forth from 5500 drops to 4800-5000 and so forth. same as when I ride with it in gear at those numbers. after it heats up the problem seems to dissapear. Do you guy's think there is something possibly plugging up a passageway in the carbs causing a lean condition until it warms up and something like varnish thins out? My 96 was doing the same thing.....turns out the airbox was missing a gasket between the box and the carbs....also the carbs needed to be jetted for the slip-on pipe. Been running great ever since.
