Default Starting Bike up again!

So my bike has been sitting for about 2 months with no gas tank on it and ive ran gas down it a few times and have had it crank up fine. I also have the battery in my house on charge as well. I should be getting my gas tank back soon from being painted. Should i worry about draining what gas is in the bowls and in fuel lines before i start it up again or should i be ok with just putting the tank on and filling it up with new gas of course?

If it was just 2 months it should be OK to just put the tank on and run it.
Maybe drop some carb cleaner in your tank to help with any gunk that may have found its way in there......
