Rectifier wiring.
i love the zip ties,
i angled mine (same one) and drilled new holes to the panel (and grounded it there).
but i didnt solder. i used a type of crimp and its been 1500miles solid so far.

I'm not having wiring problems now, if you look in my original photo there is a blue wire? and for the life of me I could not understand why it was there when everyone else only had 5 wires and mine had 6. The regulator I had was after market and who ever fitted it before obviously had to add a a wire as I found it spliced into the loom further up. I wired everything up with my new MASSIVE heavy duty GSXR regulator as per stock and everyone else and everything is great.
P.S my new regulator is so big it won't fit under the fairing in its original position so I had to lengthen the wires and place the regulator in the useless storage compartment under the seat, and before anyone says anything I have taken to the compartment with a circle saw and added lots of holes for ventilation, I am even toying with the idea adding some duct tube in aid with air flow but after my ride on the weekend the regulator was not so hot so i might leave it and see what happens.
