Please help. This bike has had many mods including wiring to rectifier - harness connector has been replaced with terminal ends. Current rectifier gets burning hot. Before installing new one, I want to be sure it's wired correctly. There are 3 yellow wires in a row connecting to the rectifier, but I'm not sure the correct position of the other 2 wires. Can somebody tell me the correct position for the red and green wires? When mounted on the bike:
Back row top wire is __________(color)
Back row bottom wire is _________(color)
Or are they interchangeable?

Thanks, but I need to know specifics because the harness connector has been replaced with terminal ends and I'm not sure if the burned-out rectifier was wired correctly. I don't want to burn out another rectifier. I would greatly appreciate it if somebody would look at their 900RR rectifier wiring and let me know the locations of the red and the green wires attached to the rectifier nearest the frame. Anybody?

 

The schematic doesn't indicate two rows of terminals. There is a row of three yellow wires (away from frame) and a row of one green and one red (closest to the frame). It's the green and red I'm not sure of.

 

OK the three yellow go on top. the red go's bottom left and the green go's bottom right if your looking straight at the rectifier
