Default Rear wheel periodic rubbing

So I'm a total idiot and last time I adjusted my chain I forgot to loosen my axle nut first. After doing this I was riding a little and pulled over and dropped the kickstand without putting it in neutral first. The bike gave a lurch and shut off. After starting it up again, I started getting the periodic rubbing noise that's typically associated with a warn bearing or warped rotor. But I had the bearings and rotor looked at recently and they should be good. I'm convinced the wheel moved slightly out of straight from being jerked on the left side when the engine lurched. Is it possible that this would have shifted the bearing slightly or bent the rotor?

Thanks!

I was right. The right side of the wheel was 0.5mm further back than the left side, and the rotor was rubbing.
