Ok I got my pump today but didnt have time to work on it. One thing I noticed is the fuel pump has bullet connectors attached to the wires. Should I put bullet connectors on the bike wires or go a different route?

These are the electrical hookups that will come on the airtex fuel pump. I ended up using some heavy duty butt connectors from orielys. 16-14 gauge seemed to work fine.

just got my airtex pump in and the bike runs like a champ. a little slugish at first with air in the gas lines but once that was fixed she ran like new.

the gas lines were a pain in the a$$ since they didn't fit but homedepot plumbing department fixed that
