"Crash" or "stunt" cage opinions.
Hey there im looking for opinions or experience on crash or stunt cage options. My first question is does anyone know if it will restrict how low i can get in turns if i have a cage installed? I found racing rails that i may get but obviously wont protect as much. Reason im looking is i just got the fairings painted and dont want to have to do it again lol. Ive also seen many different kinds. Stunt works, 905,etc. Any help would be great. thanks
most of the cages are self-made. you can make them for very cheap. i wouldn't worry about the reduced lean angle... you'd need to be really far leaned over, pegs and feet should hit first

that poor things wheel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol. whos making your cage? and whats it costing you. i was thinking the ones im finding on sites are slightly rediculous in prices. maybee we could get cages made at the same time if your having someone else do it? try and keep the price down

Well heres my original thought. Alittle bit of info . I got the wholw bike painted with spawn . So there chains all over the bike . I wanted to take a crash cage cut each bar out and weld chains in its place. With the right welds it could be extremly sturdy and look amazing. Looking around now . It seems like a hug waste to buy a cage just to cut it apart
it is, so why wouldn't you just build your own.... then you'd have some more money to get it PC'd or chromed (if that's your thing) when you were done with it
