New 97 F3!! Exhaust question. please advise
i just bought a 97 cbr 600. i am have one concern, i was driving it yesterday, and it was a little chilly out, and i noticed some water or condensation coming out of the exhaust? it was leaking out where the slip on exhaust connects, and out the end of the erion exhaust? is this normal? sorry if its a dumb question, but i am not 100% sure about this. thank you for the help! much appreciated!

Yes this is normal, especially if your bike is not up to temp yet. During combustion the hydrogen from the hydrcarbon (octane C8H18) bonds with oxygen in the air and produces H2O in the form of superheated water vapor, and if enough heat is removed from the exhaust before it reaches the atmosphere the H2O condenses once it reaches the dew point temperature hence the liquid water you are getting out of your exhaust pipe. Once you are up to temperature you shouldnt have any water formation.
