So anyway I was replacing my old cct with a new manual one. switching them out wasn't hard at all and all the noise that I had went away so it was a great fix however here is my rant. As i was putting the lower screw back in on the cluch cover the bolt snaped on me. WHAT THE ****!!!!! So now i have to take the cover off so I can try to get the other half out of there. I mean come on what is next? first my chain and old cct, then my brake lines ( however I got a nice set of ss lines out of the brakes going bad ) and then my fuel pump took a **** on me. I hate the bike right now just for now. Well I might as well ask a question while I am here. 1) do they make bolt kits for a 98 f3 I figgure I will put some colored bolt on there. 2) regaurding cluch plates what would be a good brand to go with. I might as well get a new cluch pack in there to. Thanks for reading my rant.[sm=rant.gif]

 

STOCK INTERNALS!! i think there is 8 friction plates 8 steel plates 4 springs, the center locknut, and the gasket. buy them all from your honda dealer. i got an after market clutch and got 6k miles out of it. i had to put a used 18k mile clutch in and put atleast 15k miles on it...I think i have some of the bolts you need ill go look[8D]

 

and once you get finished replaceing everything the bike will be tip top right?[8D]

 

You know I am hopeing so. I am not forseeing anything else after this is all done. I Am sure it is time for a tune up but now that my cct has been replaced I am not hearing anything abnormal so there should be nothing wrong with the motor itself. :Knocking on wood: I would like to get new tires on it but the tires are good for now. I am just hopeing this is the last thing so i can start working on the F4i gage swap and save up for a new tail peace. i just hate repair work.
