i purchased a f3 from a friend of mine knowing it need a little work. i replaced the voltage regulator last summer new battery this year put a HID conversion and some led lights for safer night rides. was working great had no problems till i put a alarm with remote start on it, the bike started blowing up batteries (cover came off and leaked the acid) but only after a continues ride of about an hour. recently went on a ride went through another battery, replaced it and know the starter switch wont work. i took the alarm off the terminals and still wont start messed around with the auto start wire which connects to the starter wire and it turned over but didnt start. have no clue whats wrong. could it be that i have to much connected to the bike? any suggestions

 

So me and a buddy were able to get the bike started. I removed the alarm and replaced the fuse under the tank. Bike fires right up check the battery with a voltage meter runs 13.6 at high rpms. However not the low beam "HID" won't work but the high beam "halogen" does. Also my tach doesnt work anymore any suggestions on a fix? Ballast doesn't even sound to charge up
