Whats the going rate for a clutch cable. And is there anywhere online to get one that is worth not going to dealership for the always great prices they have(yeah right).

 

Depending on what year your F3 is. The 91 F2 - 96 F3 use the same cable. It's about $21. The 97- 98 F3 is slightly less for about $18. Neither of these should brake the bank.
