Default My Wall of Plastic!

Well I was fortunate last week!

I bid, haggeled and bartered and in the end I was able to aquire a complete set (minus one part) of new in the box OEM plastic in my bikes original color for the old F3...

The only part I could not find new was the center tail section in black and the wind shield pillars which my pillars are still in good shape so I will use those.

It was just lucky timing when I came across an on-line shop having a fire sale and I bought everything I could for the F3, It was really an experience.

It was a live on-line auction from New York with like over registered 300 bidders, I was #177.

I was sweatting bullets as no one bid against me on the any of the F3 items, I was sooooo lucky! I dropped around $425.00 and this included shipping.

Everything I won was won on the opening bid!

9 peices of Purple / Black Plastic and 4 peices of Black Plastic.

So I am a happy camper, it's was like Christmas in March this past weekend when I was unpacking boxes and unwrapping packing plastic in OEM Honda Boxes!

Most of this plastic saw sunshine for the first time in 14 years this week and I now know why Honda produced a purple and black F3, the unfaded purple really has a nice deep color and I can't wait to get her all back together to see how she will look...

Now it's time to put the old dog back together, that's if I can find the time!

See Ya
