if you are running with the fuel pump you must have the relay jumped else the pump will never pump.
if you are running gravity fed with no pump in place then no, you do not need the relay jumped.

I jumped the fuel relay and now my baby runs 20x better. So far so good. i will take all the suggestions I received and check the bike this weekend. if not then i guess its a bad relay. thanks
