Angry Lost all my power on freeway and bike won't start!!

I have a 93 CBR900RR
Riding fine when all of a sudden it felt like I was out of gas. I rolled it after letting it sit a few (it was 100degrees outside), popped the clutch and it started again. After a few seconds it died again. No headlights and no horn...is this an alternater problem? Thanks all help would be greatly appreciated..TatzByBear

Take and put it on a charger over night that will get you by for a couple of days while you are getting a new regulator rectifier!!!

Exactly what happened to mine. It was the Regulator Rectifier.
