yeah the thing that sucks is the bike is absolutely showroom new condition. sucks that honda had to make such a bad color choice. i will definitely post pics when its done. probably wont be till spring.

Look at it this way, at least you KNOW you can do the work this time, might even be a tad faster.

 

302 : Good find, finding a bike that's almost 10 years old in showroom new condition. Thanks for the kind words.

Kid : Yea, I should be able to paint the bike quicker this time, now that i've got all the parts, and necessary tools to do the job. The only problem was that all the mounting point on the lower right fairing were broken off. and the upper right is damaged beyond repair. I think I'm going to get the fiberglass ones off ebay. Plastic weld won't help in this case. BUT the areas that I used the plastic weld in didn't break or crack. That stuff does wonders. haha. I'll post pictures of the damaged fairings soon enough.
