Hey nice job on the fairings! Kinda crappy that they were for the wrong year. I didnt know it was that big of a deal but it still looks good. Was that my imagination or do you have digitals on your bike? LOL If so where did you come across them and were they a pain to install?

the f4i gauge?
yes, it's a very popular swap.. and very, very easy.
I would recommend it to any person looking to get digital gauges or replace their current ones.

look up f3 to f4i gauge swap.

Whats that little black thing in the center left side of your bike?!?!?????? Oh....a fuel filter! Wish I would have gotten one of those when I bought mine! By the way....Looks pretty good for what you had to work with man.

Looks pretty good. Would you recommend someone else purchasing the fairing pieces for their bike? I'm good with fitment issues (work in a body shop, deal with aftermarket crap not fitting right all the time) but I am a bit worried about the plastic warping.

Currently most of my parts need a small bit of repair, and I need a new tail section. I figure between my time and materials to paint the bike, I could almost just have a new set of plastic, with little down time on the bike.

When I got mine for my f4i. the seat cowl actully broke because it was such a tight fit, not everything lined up right, would I buy them again? no. Id rather stick to OEM, as should you.

warner, what year is ur bike? are the tail fairings in good shape (ie any cracks, holes, or broken tabs?) If it is a 96 and are in good shape, might be interested in giving you something for them.
