HELP bike keeps blowing fuses.
So ive been doing alot of work on my bike lately, rebuild/cleaned carbs, new plugs, oil/filter, pulse generator, detailing... anyways i put my carbs back on yesterday and went to test fire it and i could not start it, i just put a new battery in and its putting out 12.7 volts.. so i check the main 30 amp and it was blown, replaced it and it blew again..
so what should i do now.. i am awful at wiring and electrical stuff so please help me..

RE: HELP bike keeps blowing fuses.
Take off your front upper fairings and look to see if the main power lead (large red wire) is grounding out by the fairing stay. I know that my bike did at one time in it's life and someone jumped wires bypassing the fuse instead of actually fixing the problem. If that's not it, just look along your wiring to see if there is grounding going on elseware.
