Default F3 fuses blowing bike died no low beam

Ok so i have the f4i guages and f4i headlights on my bike...had them on for awhile everything working fine put probly about 1000 miles on with no issues, every now and then my battery would die if the bike sat to long so i had to bumpstart it a few times
well one day i was riding and my low beam went out, so i flipped to hi beam, that lasted a few days than that went out replaced the bulbs and everything was fine, than was riding one day and the bike completely shut off it blew the 10a ignition fuse and 10a headlight fuse
now i have a new battery and as soon as I turn the key to the on position it will blow both those fuses without even hitting the start button
if i turn the hi beam on it wont blow the headlight fuse until i switch it to low beam than it blows it
i initially was thinking when the bike died regulator rectifier since i had a bad battery for awhile but im blowing these fuses before i even hit the start button to give it a chance to send AC to these fuses even if i leave the ignition fuse out and just the headlight fuse in and on low beam it will blow it
i checked from the, fuse plug in spots to the battery ground and i get continuity
any help? anyone have this problem before and can save me some time? Im not in the mood to completely tear my bike apart right now lol
hoping someones already been through this

Based on the symptoms you're describing, it sounds like a pinched set of wires. Since you did that modification, I'd check areas around where you had to modify the wiring or brackets. Pinching a wire under a bolt or bracket doesn't always reveal itself right away. It takes time for the insulation to wear thin enough to allow the short to occur. Look closely, I think you'll find it. If you're finding continuity from a connection in the fuse block to battery ground, you've got a short for sure.
