Default having a problem with gas, help please

i put a decent amount of gas in my bike, but i was driving it today and drove a whole 17 miles and my bike stalled, i switch to reserve and got maybe another mile before it stalled again, pulled my bike to the side of the road looked in my gas tank and i could still see the gas clearly in there, roadside assistance people pulled over and put a gallon of gas in my tank and it started right up and was out driving again. even though i had gas y did my bike stall, im lost?

when you checked your fuel, was the gas cap hard to open?
if so then your breather tube might be kinked or clogged up somewhere

there are two tubes attached to the bottom of your tank, the larger one is an overflow, the smaller is a breather tube. make sure the smaller one is not kinked in any way.
also, if you have access to an air compressor, blast some air through it, open the gas cap and make sure you hear air coming out the other end of it.

i had a similar issue with mine, i would get about 60 miles down the road and it would stall, acting like it was starved for gas.
try to open the tank and the cap wouldn't just pop open, had to kinda pry it open.
with no air getting in the tank, the pump would cause a vacuum in the tank, eventually not letting anymore fuel out.

If you don't get on top of that change in pressure inside the tank, its very possible your tank will end up looking imploded. As the fuel is removed, its gotta be replaced by air. make sure you look into to it asap. let us know what you find.

sounds like the fuel pump might be starting to fail
