gsxr regulator for f3 question

Default gsxr regulator for f3 question

i have a newer gsxr regulator 07 two plug style. anyone used one of these on the f3? im not sure how to wire it up and looking for any info. thanks a bunch!!

I did this mod on my f3 but i think it has to be an older modle gsxr r/r 01-03 i think? The one i used had 5 pin's...http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/n...Jul15_0002.jpg

I have the 5 pin '07 r6s/'04 rs r/r. I only know how to wire the 5 pin r/r's (1 ground, 1 batt. +, 3 AC)

Just because it has 2 connectors, doesn't mean you can't use it. How many differrent color wires do you have ?

got it to work. it has two plugs one with three black and one with two hot and two ground. i just wired it up like past write ups and left the extra hot and ground wire un used and made sure the wouldnt touch anything. works great so far my old regulator was still good, but i figured i might as well get the switch out of the way before i have problems.

That's why I did it the other week as well, especially because I have a sealed maintenance-free battery!
