what do youmean by putting it on reserve, something to do with petcock??
er... look at the petcock.
you will see that pointing foreward is "off"
Then down is "on"
Now, when you run out, turn it up and you will be on "res"
Thats your fuel reserve and when you start using it, make gas your #1 priority.

i have a jet kit(installed by previous owner so who knows what jetting), slip on and -1+2 sprockets. I get around 130 including the reserve because my reserve switch broke so its just always on reserve. And I ride it pretty damn hard all the time too. But also that 130 is off due to the sprockets so its probably less. I want something fuel injected... and of course much faster.

I go to 250 klms (155 mls) as regular as clock work. My bike is original though. I get a lot less than that when I go on my club ride up to Tamworth (which is next week-end, Whooooo Hooooo). To much application of the right wrist, state of tune will always affect petrol use.
