My bike has a 94 cbr 900 front end, so i have the ability to run a mechanical speedo. now, can i buy any mechanical speedo i find on ebay for motorcycles and use it? or do i have to find one for this bike specifically? haven't seen this question answered, thnx.

 

I would think you would want to use the speedo from the corresponding year/model. But if the tire/wheel is the same size as the f2 (120/60-17) then you should be able to use the f2 speedo.
