95 F3. On my fuel pump opposite of where the wires come out of it, there is a vacuum nipple with a vacuum line on it. The PO had it hooked up on the small nipple on the bottom of the fuel tank. I looked through the manual and it said that that nipple on the fuel tank was a drain tube. I also looked under the fuel system, fuel pump, and electrical sections in the manual but couldnt find my answer.

So can anyone tell me where this mysterious vacuum line on my fuel pump go's to?

 

It does not go anywhere. It is just used to drain extra fuel from the pump in case it over pumps as far as I know.
