I would keep all nuts and bolts together and put them in a zip lock bag. like for fairing bolts, etc and label it. your going to need alot of zip lock bags lol keep things organized or you will never get that thing on the street again. my brother has his motor like this and he cant find any of his nuts/bolts its been sitting for two years lol

For me a picture is really worth a thousand words. I tend to take a pic of most things im about to tear apart. But if it comes down to it Ive got 96 sittin an hour away from ya, nothins better than seeing a copy of what your doing.

pictures are always a good idea but instead of using ziplock bags you should get some cardboard and draw a quick picture of what piece youre taking off and punch holes in it for the screws to go in. Alot of different lengths and widths on the same fairings and covers of everything.

I have found the pictures idea the best for me thanks for the insight but i was wondering like do i try to do the motor first or put it as a rolling chassis first?

personaly I would build a rolling chassis first it will be alot easier to move a frame around on wheels without a motor than moving a frame with no wheels and a motor. But really just depends on what kind of space you have to build in.
