I know for a fact it has F2 calipers and brake pads on it, and I'm pretty sure they're F2 rotors, I always thought they looked a little small. However the frame has a sticker that says 1995 and the VIN is to a 1995. I'm thinking the guy trashed the bike and started rebuilding it using F2 parts (it has an F2 motor actually).
unless they've been repainted, i would assume that they are f3 forks, with an f2 wheel and caliper swap.

might have to do some research on that one mine has the F3 calipers on it which gives it that gap on the rotors but i do know that the F3 forks mount the caliper just a little higher because the F3 has bigger rotors. Yours are def. F2 rotors and an F2 front wheel. Like i said before look at the brake pad itself if it has a 8-10mm section at the top thats not wearing with the rest of the pad then its F3 forks(mine is noticable by just eyeballing it while its still on the bike) and it would be in your best interests to swap everything back to the way it should be with the F3 Parts not to mention you will get better braking in the front to boot.

There is no un-worn portion on the brake pads; they are wearing even

you may indeed have a complete F2 front end then. in that case unless you just really want the bigger brakes of the F3 and have money to spend, leave it the way it is. Just remember for future refrence if ordering anything for the front end order stuff for the F2 not the F3.
