Hi,

My F3 CBR600, has a standrad (matt black) exhuast end can, and i'm looking to upgrade to a stainless option, but i'm only after a cheap 2nd hand one from eBay for starters....

Do i have to ONLY use an F3 end can, or can i use later model parts such as F4?

you can use mufflers from other bikes, but you'll need to get a new mid-pipe made so it fits. But if you're patient and browse ebay or CL regularly you will find a good deal.
