Hello, new to forum using, Honda CBR600 f3 1998 motorcycle fuse is slow blowing 10 Amp second fuse, says ignition, fuel and start. Have started multimeter checking wire connections guessing I’m looking for broken items. I was running motorcycle to work in heavy rainy conditions and there was water into front on motorcycle. Does anybody have the specs cooling fan electric and also the thermostat switch that turns the fan on. Thank you for any help.

Hello @rednose297 and welcome to the forum. The cooling fan is turned on by the Thermostatic Switch that is mounted directly to the radiator. It turns on based on the temperature of the water in the radiator, not the water in the engine.
