Clutch rumbles and makes noise in neutral
In neutral the clutch makes a rumbling or whirring noise and once the clutch level is pulled the noise, and vibration subsides. Any suggestions?
Previously removed the clutch to measure the disks and replaced and reinstalled and seemed to be installed properly and a local dealer did the same and it’s worse now and starting in neutral requires a little pull on the throttle to get passed the clutch being in the state it’s in?
has anyone encountered this same issue or know of it? Only other option is to remove the clutch and measure and check everything.

I checked the bearings for play and smoothness on the clutch prior when replaced the gasket cover and checked the specs on the clutch and replaced the outer friction plate. Is there a technique on draining the F3 tank? I shake and drain, followed by paper towels taped to the empty roll cardboard and stick that inside and dab the puddles. Requires mask, gloves and goggles.
