make sure both plugs on the back of the gauges are seated well, also look at all the screws in the back of it, i replaced most of them on mine because the old ones were all rusty preventing a good connection and caused my tach to be weird, but in your case since nothing is working or coming on, check all grounds going to the gauges. all the grounds are daisy chained to each other so if the main ground is bad then nothings going to work.

daisy chained meaning all the grounds are connected to each other. but the ground wires should all be green.
