Default Carb sync adjustments

I have am getting ready to put my f3 build back together but before I do I wanted to clean the carbs and balance them. They were already fairly clean but when I went to set a bench adjustment I noticed that it appeared that someone had the carbs apart before and didn't know what they were doing. I'm a tech and work on cars with multiple carbs everyday and know that these should probably all have identical adjustment/spring setup. I just wanted to run these pictures by people that knew what they were looking at before I went hunting for parts.

Any words of advice? If I do need something where can I buy it?

Sorry for the horrible post, my wife was yelling that it was time to leave. Here is an edited post so your eyes don't bleed.

It looks like that spring (right) needs to be placed back on that tab rather than being coiled through it. Good luck you need tiny asian hands if i remember correctly.

I was able to buy a whole carb gasket kit off ebay for much cheaper than going though honda. Are you sure you need to balance your carbs? If you arent having any problems I wouldnt mess with it unless you have the tools and such already.
