Default Broken down....

OK so I'm broken down on the side of the road waiting for breakdown services. The bike has just died on me. Started bogging as I came round a bend. Went to accelerate and she died. Clutch in and out she fired but would die straight away.
Instantly thought fuel cause that's where I was headed knowing u was low. But got to the petrol pump and there was still fuel in her topped her up and still won't fire. There's fuel in my filter so I know it's getting out of the tank. However I have seen many posts about fuel pump issues. My question is if I put my hand on the pump should I be able to feel it working?

So an update. I removed the fuel pump while I was waiting. Having killed the battery trying to start her with whatever the issue was when the breakdown guy turned up connected a battery booster and she started first time. Will reconnect the pump later and see if the issue comes back
If it does I think it's time for a replacement

I hope it is. You shouldn't need any fuel pressure on those carbs for normal riding.
