Binding/ Slow Return Throttle Cable
My Bad, thought i had searched this already, think i found some solutions......
All is fine until i put on the airbox and fuel tank which end up causing the throttle to return really slow. Seems like ive tried laying down the cables in different orders etc but nothing seems to help, any tips in this department? Since it seems fine with those parts off i dont think id need new cables?

Make sure the vacuum line in between carbs 2 and 3 is going above the cylindrical piece of metal. If you route it under, it will cause the throttle to bind. This may or may not be ur prob, just what I've experienced in the past
