I put a new battery in it after the battery has been charged for 10 hours. and it still does the same thing. Like wants to start but won't. It seems like the battery is fine. Seems like gas has trouble getting to the engine or there is like no spark or very little spark. Can that be true??

You should also have them check the filters (air and fuel) it wouldn't hurt. Sounds like gummed up fuel filter!
