So this weekend I decided to find out what was rattling in my bike. I stripped off all the plastics and took off the slip on just trying to find a loose bolt somewhere. Got everything off and decided I might as well do a thorough cleaning while everything was off. Long story short, I put everything back together and the rattling was gone but my exhaust is incredibly loud. I have a two bro slip on and it was a little loud before, but now its noticably louder with a more 'throaty' sound above 5k rpms and it pops when I let off the throttle. I washed the slip on so I dont know if water got in it and did something or what. Other than changing the oil and filter I didnt touch the engine. I'm new to riding, only had it about 4 months now and have no idea what could be wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

you might be running a little rich, i have a full hindle exhaust on mine and it pops alot
