97 cbr throttle respone doesnt seem right

jus got a 97 cbr f3 seems to run good speedo doesnt work , but not the issue when i got to accelerate on from 1st threw the gears it seems very sluggish i havent done tune up yet i dont no when it was even done last but i was told o clean the carbs and try tune up on it to see if it helps , this is my first bike any suggestions wouild be great thanks

If the speedo doesn't work the air solenoid likely isn't working either since its speed controlled.

I'd start with carbs, if there is just a delay or lag it might bean the jet's are dirty... you can try using some seafoam to cclean out the carbs... empty the gas tank to around 1/4 and pour in 1/4 bottle of seafoam and run through the gas.
