96 cbr f3 problem
Hello everyone,
I recently bought my first bike 96 cbr f3 and already changed CCT to APE manual and just bought 05 gsxr r/r because oem one went bad last week
Also, I noticed that my headlight low beam and other lights are always on after i turn the key on.
Sorry for dumb question, but is something wrong or thats is normal?
Sorry for my english

On my bike they are always on, but that's because some idiot thought it would make bike riders be "Seen" better & took away the light switch. Now 5 or so years after this stupid regulation was abolished, we still have new bikes without the "Off" switch.
Anyway, check to see if your bike has this feature, right handle bar light switch normal is "Off", "Park" & "On", So a Dot/2 lights/ Main light. If you have that,Check to see if you have just left your switch to "On" position.

No switch to turn off headlight on the F3's.
I didn't know the reg had been repealed, but actually the reasoning is sound. You are more visable, especially with the sun behind you. Might make a diff for that cager getting ready to make a left turn in front of you.
The only time I miss an off-switch, is if it's cold out and I have to crank a bit to start it. For that, I just reach up and pull the plug off the back of the bulb. easy-peasy. ;-)

All bikes here in the US must have the headlight on at all times while riding. I can't remember seeing an off switch for the headlight ever. I'm sure there are some, but I haven't seen one.
MadHattr059, it hasn't been repealed. You might have missed that pacemaker is from Australia. It's all good though.
